In today's real estate market, nothing is certain.  Are we at the bottom?  Only time will tell us.  However, as long as there are a lot of foreclosures/REOs and short sale homes on the market, sellers will continue to have a difficult time competing against these lower valued homes.  If you don't have to sell, then stay put.  If you have already tried working with your lender to work out a loan modification and feel like you have no choice but to sell in this market, consult with your attorney and/or CPA about doing a short sale, then give me a call.  I have helped many clients with the Short Sale process.  It is a very time consuming and emotional process, but I am here to help you every step of the way.
